Very unprofessional!! Sent over pictures of the items I needed work done on with a in dept description. Was given a quote and a time frame. Upon receipt of the items the quote was then increased by 20 percent. Beside my better judgment and the fact that I was a limited time, i agreed to the new cost. As I approached the 3 week time frame that’s was originally quoted and agreed upon I attempted to contact the owner/ boss to whom ignored my calls for an additional week surpassing the deadline. When o was finally able to make contact with him he had multiple excuses as to why he was unavailable and why the items were not ready. He then proceeded to gave me a new ready date with an inspection of the items three days later. When I arrived for the inspection, the items were now being worked on. He then proceeded to say the items would be ready for delivery 4days later with a new inspection day one day prior. When I arrived for the second inspection, the items were in the same condition as well as the same position and location as I left it days earlier. His staff advised me that the owner/ boss wasn’t presents at the location and they had no further information regarding my items. I proc

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, LIED on several occasion after deposit was paid made me miss work trying to get service I paid for done I would never RECOMMEND this business

I paid a down payment on two cushions to be covered. a simple job. It has been over six months and it still has not been done and he will not give me my cushions back or down.payment. He constantly tells me to come back but he is never there when l come back .now he blocked me telephone #.

Horrible work, as well as business ethic!!!!!!!!!!! I am all about supporting professionals of every race and creed, as practice of ones trade instinctively has me believe that said person/s has perfected that which they practice/do daily. I showed up on time to have the work done on the day and time that the owner stated and waited/wasted 3 hours before I received their deplorable handy work (just based off of the inconsiderate wait I knew I should have went elsewhere, but I unhappily waited). I specifically requested that the original fabric be removed and replaced with the new fabric. Instead they placed the new fabric that I purchased over the old fabric and didn't used glue that was strong so once it wore off (basically in about a week and a half), the new fabric fell down to reveal their deceit!!! I couldn't understand why it was so hard for them to reinstall/screw the sections in (as the screw kept getting twisted up in the fabric and stretching it). I even helped with holding the pieces up in order for it to be screwed in and at least 15 screws were left out of the 3 sections that they "re-upholstered", leaving the sections poorly secured on the ceiling of my bus. No stars needed at all. I spoke to Garth one day regarding my mother, who is elderly, and explained that she needed some work to her chair but due to arthritis wasn't able to come to the shop to explain what she needed. So I asked if he could come to see her. He said "fine". Just pay him $40 which he usually charges for an estimate and it would go towards the work done. I agreed. Called a couple days later, he said text him the address and he will come later. I sent the text, no call or text back and he never showed up. Then I called, left a message, no reply. Called back the next day, spoke to him and he said he would come by. Received a call from him about 2hrs later stating he had to go to Queens so he will come by later. He never showed up or called. At this point I was finished with him but really wanted my mother comfortable and he was close so I called for a 3rd time. He gave no excuse and said if anyone was at home he would come. Again he never showed up or even called. So I give no stars for this place of business. Horrible experience and the perfect reason why most business don't survive or deserve the right to exist.
